Our welcome
Villa Tre Mari is a Casa per Ferie run by the Society of Jesus. It is a quiet and welcoming place, where guests can rediscover the value of time, simplicity, and connection with nature. The atmosphere is one of friendship and respect, inspired by the principles of responsible and sustainable tourism. Our hospitality is entrusted to the staff of the Think Up cooperative, who will take care of your stay with attention and care.

The villa offers 9 rooms arranged over three levels, all overlooking either the sea or the garden. From the first and second floor, guests can access spacious panoramic verandas. We offer different rooms types to meet every need: one triple, six doubles, and two singles. The interiors are simply furnished, with light, natural tones. White walls enhance the light, while the turquoise floors reflect the colors of the sea.

How to reach us
From Cagliari
Follow the signs to Villasimius via Quartu Sant’Elena – SS 554. Take the Muravera exit, then continue on the SS 125 expressway. Exit at Solanas and follow the SP 17 to Villasimius. Alternatively, you can drive along the scenic coastal road from Poetto Beach to Margine Rosso, then follow the SP 17 for 45 km along the coast until you reach Villasimius.
From Olbia
Take the SS 131 DCN in the direction of Cagliari/Nuoro, exit at Nuoro, and follow signs for Lanusei and then Tortolì. From there, continue on the SS 125 towards Villasimius and exit at Castiadas. Another option is to stay on the SS 131 to Cagliari, and from the follow signs for Villasimius. Public Transport: A train runs every 15-20 minutes from Elmas Airport to Cagliari City Center (Piazza Matteotti). From there, you can take the ARST bus directly to Villasimius.
