REGOLAMENTO INTERNO

The purpose of the Casa Per Ferie "Villa Tre Mari" is to offer its guests a serene and relaxing environment and give an opportunity to rediscover human and Christian values, in a context of friendship and respect for the ideals of social and responsible tourism. For its part, every guest, entering the Casa Per Ferie, implicitly declares that he wants to accept these purposes and to adapt to the rules indicated by this internal regulation for a good course of cohabitation.
 

Common rules of conduct

 

I. Guests are kindly requested to respect the decoration of the house and the conservation of the furnishings provided. The Management will proceed to the immediate compensation of any damages and failures caused by the guest, especially to the furniture and related furnishings.

 

II. The guest, taking into account the environment, must have a respectful attitude towards all other users as well as towards the titular Religious Institute and other operators; in the common areas the clothing must be sober and decent.

 

III. The Management shall not be liable for property or valuables left unattended by the guest in the rooms and common areas.

 

IV. The daily amount of the stay is indicated on a special table, displayed in each room. The amount does not include any additional services offered. 

 

V. The guest takes possession of the room on the day of arrival after 3 pm and no later than 7 pm; is required to vacate the room by 10 am on the day of departure, as well as to return the key.

 

VI. Upon arrival the guest will be identified by means of a valid identity document, so that any necessary fulfillment required by law can be carried out. Failing this, the Management cannot allow access to the structure.

 

VII. Guests of the hotel will avoid noise that can disturb the peaceful coexistence especially in the afternoon and evening.

 

VIII. It is strictly forbidden to invite strangers into the rooms without first notifying the management. It is also forbidden to bring pets in the property. Exceptionally, with the permission of the management, access is allowed to small animals provided they are accompanied, do not disturb other guests and do not stay in the common areas inside.

 

IX. Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel and in the rooms.

 

X. In the rooms it is forbidden to use gas cylinders, stoves, stoves, kettles, irons.

 

XI. During the stay the parking of the cars of the guests is allowed freely and free of charge, as a courtesy and within the reduced capacity limits, in the appropriate spaces, with the express exclusion of any obligation or duty of custody of the structure that does not assume any responsibility for any damage.

 

XII. Guests must observe the following times:

for breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 
for lunch at 13:00/13.30
for dinner at 20:00/20.30

 

Meals will take place in the dining room. 

 

XIII. The Management is available at all times by telephone contact.

 

XIV. The cleaning of the rooms is carried out daily, and in any case at the change of the guest.

 

XV. Linen is changed once a week and in any case at each guest change.

 

XVI. Any communications or complaints must be submitted to the Directorate of the Holiday Home at the following addresses:

Rules on the safety and health of guests

 

The guest, from the moment of entry into the holiday home, must inquire through the instructions on the procedures to be followed in case of emergency and fire prevention. Emergency exits shall only be used in an emergency.

For the smooth operation of the service, guests are required to report any anomaly, plant failure, movement of unknown persons, as well as to facilitate staff in the performance of their duties.

 

Any request or comment must be addressed to the Management.

 

For service, security and maintenance needs, the Management has a second key to each room and the staff, in case of need and urgency, can enter the rooms, also to monitor compliance with the rules laid down in this Regulation. Therefore, the installation of locks other than the existing one is not allowed.

 

At the reception there is a first aid kit, whose custody and use are delegated to those in charge.

 

To protect the health of all guests, the administration by staff of any medication is prohibited.
